Terms of Use

Welcome to elvamo.app (also referred to as “Elvamo”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service at elvamo.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
elvamo.app (Elvamo) is a web-based application that helps users track, organize, and manage their recurring monthly bills and payments. The Service is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible through modern web browsers.
2. Accounts
To use elvamo.app, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not create accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, free tiers, or bypassing restrictions.
3. Free and Premium Plans
elvamo.app offers a free tier with limited functionality and a Premium subscription with additional features. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
Premium features may include (but are not limited to): unlimited bill lists, priority reminders, detailed payment history, and early access to new features. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in each tier.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments for Premium subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax calculation, collection, and remittance on our behalf. All prices displayed are tax-inclusive. The actual tax amount may vary depending on your location.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Settings page within the app. Upon cancellation:
- Your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your account will automatically revert to the free tier after the billing period ends.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting us at support@elvamo.app.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Refunds for annual subscriptions after the 14-day window are not available. Refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
- Automate access to the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our written consent.
8. Shared Lists
elvamo.app allows users to share bill lists with other users. When sharing a list, the list owner determines the level of access. Shared list members can view and interact with bills on that list.
Premium features on a shared list are determined by the list owner’s subscription status, not the invited member’s.
9. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into elvamo.app. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store your data to provide the Service and may delete it if you close your account.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep elvamo.app available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
elvamo.app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from missed or incorrect payment tracking.
elvamo.app is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bills are paid on time.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
